In September 2022, the new myFirstech.com will be launched at myFirstech Install (https://install.myfirstech.com). In Q4 2022, install.myfirstech.com and www.myfirstech.com will be merged into one website, accessible at www.myfirstech.com and the myFirstech apps.Do I have to create a new account to access the new myFirstech.com?
If you already have an account on myFirstech Install, you will not have to create another account to access the new myFirstech.com. Your account information will be transferred to the new site and mobile apps.What are the benefits of the myFirstech mobile app?
The myFirstech mobile apps will retain your login information, whereas the www.myfirstech.com website will periodically log you out. In the future, we will be able to leverage more of your phone’s features to improve your app experience.

In September, you will continue to find these items at install.myfirstech.com. After the merge, install.myfirstech.com will redirect to www.myfirstech.com.
